Hounds & Haunts is Salt Lake City's first annual Halloween pet festival at Rotary Glen Park, hosted by Salty Paws Dog Services and Sit. Stay. Sloan. Expect local pet vendors and small businesses, food trucks, a dog costume contest, raffles, giveaways and Halloween photo spots. Raffle proceeds go to a local dog rescue. Dogs are welcome on leash and get in free; registration is required for people, with general admission $5 for ages 5 and up and costume contest entries $10 (includes admission) on Eventbrite. No alcohol. Use the main paved lot by the entrance rather than canyon-road street parking.
