About this event
Poochella is the Oklahoma Humane Society's evening music and pet festival for dogs and the people who love them, at Wheeler Park in Oklahoma City from 5pm to 9pm. Expect live music, food and drinks, and dog activities you can watch or join: a dog costume contest, dog lure game, dog stenciling ("dog face painting"), a K9 demonstration, a musical dog-sit game, and on-site dog adoptions. General admission is free. OK Humane says optional activity bundles will be available for 2027. Leashed dogs are welcome. Event rules: keep dogs on leash at all times, no paws on the ground for pups under 4 months, no female dogs in season, and please clean up after your dog (waste stations provided). Proceeds support OK Humane, Oklahoma's largest animal rescue, which is foster-based and donor-funded.
