What people say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn Bridge, eco-friendly design, and high-quality dining, though some note that rooms can feel compact and the service is efficient rather than overly warm. While the rooftop pool and spa are highlights, critics mention the high price point relative to room size and occasional privacy issues with open-concept bathrooms.
