About

1 Hotel South Beach is a LEED Silver certified, sustainable luxury hotel located on a 600-foot stretch of shoreline in Miami Beach. The property features four pools, a rooftop bar, and the Bamford Wellness Spa. It explicitly markets itself as a pet-friendly destination where guests are encouraged to bring their animals.

What people say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's genuine eco-conscious design, spacious rooms, and private beach access, though some note that high demand can lead to slower service at pool bars and complaints about mandatory resort fees.
