What people say

Customers consistently praise the staff's patience, Fear Free certification, and ability to calm anxious or senior pets, resulting in high satisfaction with the grooming quality. While most reviews are glowing, there are isolated reports of pets biting groomers and a small percentage of negative ratings regarding service issues.
