About

The Central Texas SPCA is a small nonprofit adoption center that rescues dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia by pulling them from high-kill shelters. They provide personalized, force-free, 1:1 care in a home-like environment featuring spacious indoor condos for cats and off-leash play areas for dogs. The organization does not accept stray animals or owner surrenders, focusing instead on finding forever families for rescued animals.

What people say

Visitors consistently praise the shelter for its clean, spacious facilities and the kindness of staff who provide personalized adoption guidance. The organization is highly regarded for its no-kill mission and the well-cared-for state of its animals, though it operates with limited intake hours and is currently undergoing construction for a new facility.
