About

Founded in 2001, Chicago Canine Rescue Foundation connects homeless dogs with loving homes, having saved over 8,000 dogs and puppies to date. The organization rescues dogs from open-intake shelters, rural partners, and owner surrenders, providing medical treatment and behavioral support. They operate a facility where volunteers can walk dogs and assist with in-shelter jobs.
