About

D'Tails Pet Boutique is a premier pet store in Boston's South End that opened in 2011, offering dog grooming, daycare, and overnight boarding services. The business was voted Best of Boston in July 2024 and emphasizes a friendly, family-oriented environment for pets and their owners. While they provide extensive dog services, they explicitly state they are not currently offering cat grooming.

What people say

Praised for gentle, one-on-one grooming and a caring staff that excels with anxious or senior pets, though some customers note the need to book popular groomers weeks in advance and report an unexpected service charge on retail items.
