What people say

Customers frequently praise the facility for its high-energy social environment, attentive staff, and proactive communication via photos and videos during stays. However, the reputation is significantly marred by a serious, widely publicized incident where a dog lost an eye during grooming, leading to severe safety concerns and legal scrutiny.
