What people say

Staff are frequently praised for their friendliness, attentiveness, and ability to help shy dogs gain confidence, with many owners noting their pets return happy and well-socialized. However, some recent reviews cite concerns regarding staff communication, perceived condescension, and billing issues during pet illness.
