What people say

Customers consistently praise the staff's patience, kindness, and expertise with anxious, elderly, or special-needs pets, noting that animals often return happy and well-groomed. While the service quality is highly rated, some reviews mention the need to book well in advance due to popularity and occasional delays in returning phone calls.
