About

HALO Animal Rescue serves as a safety net for thousands of homeless dogs and cats each year in the Phoenix area. The organization never euthanizes animals to make room for others and ensures every animal receives necessary veterinary care. They facilitate adoptions for both cats and dogs while relying on volunteers and donations to support their mission.
