What people say

Customers consistently praise the staff's genuine affection and the facility's ability to make dogs excited to visit, though some note the environment feels spartan relative to premium pricing. While generally highly rated for care, there are isolated reports of significant weight loss and minor injuries during boarding, which management addressed with refunds and procedural updates.
