About

Noe Valley Pet Company has served San Francisco's dogs, cats, and owners for over 25 years with high-quality pet supplies. The store operates exclusively as an in-person shop without e-commerce to encourage customers to discuss diet options and interact with products like plush toys and beds. They offer a 20% discount for customers who have recently adopted pets from a shelter.

What people say

Customers consistently praise the store for its high-quality, curated selection of natural pet products and the friendly, knowledgeable service provided by the long-standing staff. While generally beloved as a neighborhood staple, some reviews note higher prices compared to larger chains and occasional reports of rude interactions with specific employees.
