About

Northwest Animal Companions is a foster-based rescue organization where all rescued cats and dogs are cared for in the homes of dedicated volunteers rather than a central shelter. The organization focuses on matching pets with adoptive families by spending quality time getting to know both the animals and the potential owners. They operate as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization serving the Portland area.
