About

Portland Parks & Recreation manages a city-wide system of designated off-leash areas for dogs, including both fenced and unfenced options. The page outlines specific rules for conduct, requiring proof of rabies vaccination and immediate leash use when entering or leaving these zones. It also lists specific parks and amenities where pets are prohibited to ensure safety for wildlife and other visitors.
