About

Portland Parks & Recreation manages a city-wide network of designated off-leash areas for dogs, including both fenced and unfenced options. The page outlines specific rules for conduct, requiring dogs to be leashed when entering or leaving these areas and mandating proof of current license and rabies vaccination. Pets are prohibited in specific natural areas, sports facilities, and water features to ensure safety and environmental health.
