About

One Tail at a Time PDX is a nearly all-volunteer run rescue that saves lives through a foster-based model. The organization provides humane, individualized care for dogs and operates an Adoption Center at 5132 NE Sandy Blvd where approved adopters can meet available dogs. They rely on community support, fostering, and volunteering to care for animals in need.
