Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals (OFOSA) is a foster-based animal rescue organization committed to saving homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters. The group accepts surrendered and abandoned animals, spays or neuters every animal in their care, and works to find forever homes through adoption. All animals are currently housed in foster homes rather than at a physical facility.
