About

Pet Express Boston operates as a puppy concierge service connecting families with puppies in the New England area since 1995. The business offers breed selection, pet training advice, and a wide variety of pet foods and products including locally sourced baked dog treats. They maintain physical storefronts in Saugus and Braintree, Massachusetts.

What people say

Staff are frequently praised for being helpful and knowledgeable in assisting customers with breed selection. However, the store faces significant criticism for sourcing puppies from puppy mills and maintaining a cold, sterile environment.
