The company offers a wide selection of food, treats, toys, and supplies for dogs, cats, small animals, birds, fish, and reptiles. In addition to retail products, they provide dog training courses, self-service pet wash stations, and on-site veterinary clinics. What people say

Customers praise the knowledgeable, friendly staff and the wide selection of premium, specialty pet foods, often comparing the store to a 'Whole Foods for pets.' While the self-service dog wash is a popular amenity, some visitors report inconsistent water temperatures and inconvenient layouts.
