What people say

Customers frequently praise specific staff members like Nathan, Megan, Russell, and Emily for their friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle handling of pets, particularly nervous dogs. However, experiences vary significantly by location and individual, with some reports of grooming-related skin irritation, opaque policies, and price increases.
