What people say

The hospital is widely praised for its knowledgeable, gentle, and compassionate veterinary staff, particularly for handling anxious pets and delivering difficult news with care. However, recent feedback highlights growing concerns regarding long wait times, perceived upselling of unnecessary tests, and occasional rudeness from front-desk personnel.
