What people say

Customers consistently praise the staff for being patient, kind, and skilled with anxious or difficult dogs, often citing specific groomers as artists. While most reviews highlight excellent cuts and a boutique atmosphere, there are occasional reports of inconsistent results, such as missed details or jagged trims.
