Since 1996, they have focused on avoiding big-brand manufacturers to prioritize pet well-being.

What people say

Customers praise the store's extensive selection of premium food, accessories, and specialized services like anesthesia-free dental care, though grooming experiences are frequently criticized for high costs, long wait times, and inconsistent results. The business is described as a long-standing Miami Beach institution with a luxury boutique feel, but many reviewers feel the service does not justify the steep prices.
