About
The Empire Hotel offers a VIPet Package that includes an Empire dog bed, dog bowl, and added perks with no pet fees. The hotel requires pets to be leashed in public areas and secured in a crate if left unattended during housekeeping. Service animals are exempt from pet policies and deposit charges, while emotional support animals do not qualify under this policy.
What people say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near Central Park and Lincoln Center, along with friendly staff and a unique rooftop pool, but frequently criticize the small, outdated rooms, maintenance issues, and noise from air conditioning units.
