About
Woof Dog Rescue was formed in 2003 to address the plight of homeless, abused, sick, injured, and abandoned animals in New York City. The organization pulls animals from city shelters and places them into foster care to be treated for medical issues, re-socialized, and retrained in a home environment. They facilitate adoptions for both dogs and cats, requiring adopters to commit to veterinary care and behavioral training.
